I proved my theory.

The more you sleep the sleepier you are when you wake up (at 5 am).

I know this because lately I've been getting sleepy at around 9:30 or 10 pm.
And when I go to bed at that time, I get up feeling more like a zombie than a human; whereas when I go to bed at midnight I wake up in a pretty okay mood.



  1. I totally agree with you.
    I feel the same but when I don't sleep for about 3 days the fourth day I feel like shit. The good thing is that I slept more yesterday.

  2. That happens to me too. I've even done final exams with sleep depravation (scarce 4 hours or so) and got 100, while when I truly did get some rest it was hard for my mind to start running. Weird, I know, but that happens to me as well!!
